“Journey Through The Chakras” is a guided meditation by Colette Baron-Reid, author of “Remembering the Future”, Hay House, Inc. Ko'ko facilitates the placing of Spirit Stones on the seven energy centers at prompted intervals during the session. A copper pendulum is used after the positioning of each stone to accelerate clearing, spinning and alignment. Copper is the best metal to use as a conductor of energy when working with electro-magnetic frequencies, like a radio or a battery.

During your meditation, you'll meet your own Guardian of Light and remember your connection with all that is The Universal Source. You may choose to include a Chakra reading following your meditation.
