Dear Koko -

After my session with you I went to a store and purchased a small torquoise leather pouch that hangs from my neck. In the pouch I placed your gift to me. I am so completely overwhelmed and honored by your gift of the white buffalo hair. I feel so strongly connected to something I can't even describe while it hangs around my neck, a place I've yearned
for but previously had no access to (I hope that makes
sense). I think it brings me healing and courage to face my challenges.
Yesterday morning, something became crystal clear to me... something I've known in my head but not in my heart... something you told me. You said "I love you sister, now you have to love you." I realized that in many ways I have spent a lot of time hating myself (even though I would deny it) and I have certainly projected that hatred of myself onto how I think
others see me...how could they possibly give me what I wouldn't give myself? It's so simple and yet so hard for me to swallow in my heart and soul but I see it now and I can work on this...loving myself, just as I am and letting go of the fear.
I want you to know that I treasure all the gifts you gave me - thank you so very much! I am looking forward to seeing you next time I come to Sedona!
